The New Normal

Memasuki minggu ke-8 stay at home (buat saya). Too many new normal yang datang ke hidup kita. Ujian besar untuk beradaptasi dengan diri kita dalam keterbatasan ruang. Mencoba bertahan walau diri masih gelisah ingin menyudahi. We all experience “too many firsts” in this year.

Take A Moment For “Pres”

Di tengah badai COVID-19 ini, ada yang semakin memiliki banyak waktu dan ada yang merasa waktu menipis. Take a moment for yourself to take this processes.

Pause. Berhenti sejenak.

Rest. Beristirahatlah. Mengistirahatkan pikiran. Tumpukan beban dan cabang pikiran membebani kondisi fisik dan mental.

Evaluate. Evaluate your well being.

Start again. Memulai kembali.

Replanning Life

Agar hidup berjalan efektif dan lebih baik. We always need a plan. How we are going to do it and what we need to do in order to have a better life arrangement. Terlepas COVID-19 segera berakhir atau tidak. Our life goes on. Ask yourself, what kind of life do I want to have? How can I survive? How much money do I need. Planning better will help you to make simple action list and stay focus.

What Do We Really Need

Ketika badai COVID-19 berlalu, arti hidup akan berbeda. Mengubah persepsi akan prioritas dan kebutuhan hidup setiap orang.

With only two feet we have, how many shoes do we need?

With only 7 days in week, how many clothes do we need?

With only several years left, or maybe 30 years. How will I spend my life?
